Participants in the UBenefit Payment Plan will graduate with a balance owed to the University, but the UBenefit Payment Plan allows the graduate to pay off the remaining balance in fewer than 36 months. No interest is charged.

The University also offers payment plans financed over four- or nine-month increments depending on program of study that will allow a participant to graduate debt free.

The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN, formerly NLNAC) has awarded accreditation to American Sentinel University's Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program with specialty tracks in Executive Leadership and Educational Leadership.
